1. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from ForbiddenRx at the mobile number you provide. These are account and order messages— order and shipping updates, and occasional reminders that it may be time to check in with a provider about your next visit. We do not send promotional or marketing blasts, and we never sell or share your phone number.
2. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Enrolling in text messages is optional. You can complete a purchase and receive care without opting in. You provide your consent by checking the SMS consent box at checkout and entering your mobile number.
3. Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your account activity (for example, when an order ships or when a reminder is due). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. ForbiddenRx does not charge for the messages themselves.
4. How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number. To resubscribe, reply START.

6. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging may not be available on all carriers or devices.
7. Privacy
Your mobile number and messaging preferences are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Message content is kept general and never includes medication names or health details. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
